​How Do I Place An Order?

To order a custom pre-designed item, click the HOME icon at the top of this page. Then click SHOP from the homepage header.

*Attention! The “Shopping Cart” is currently down! You will temporarily not be able to check out through this website. You may add items to your cart to find out what the total for your order will be. Please contact me via “Get a Quote” on the homepage, messaging me using the Contact Me form, or by sending me a private message through Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/CardinalsTimber).

To get a quote on a design not found from our products page, navigate to the homepage of this website. Fill out the Get A Quote form. Once I receive your form's details, I will reach out to you either by phone or email to confirm your order and give you a quote for your item. You may also email us directly at askCardinalsTimber@gmail.com

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Prepayment is required for all orders. 

You may pay via Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, or Chime. Once you add items to your shopping cart, you will be re-directed to pay using one of these apps/websites.

Shipping is available via USPS or FedEx for most items. 
Recipient is required to pay all shipping fees.

Front porch drop-off and public meetings are available in the Winston-Salem, NC area. Please contact us for more details regarding the front porch drop-off and meeting details.

Returns & Refunds

 

Sorry, no returns. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please contact me as soon as possible. It is important to me that I try to communicate with you throughout the entire design and fabrication process. Paint/stain color swatches will be sent prior to application. Inspiration photos are highly recommended for custom orders. 

All designs have a 30-day guarantee. If your item breaks, chips, or is damaged within 30 days of receiving the item, I will fix the item at no cost. 

I can not be held responsible for damages during shipping.

Your privacy is our top priority. We will not sell any of your information and all payment methods are completed through third-party systems.
